Favorite Skin?
What is your favorite skin in the way of splash, in game and particles (If they have extra particles.) Default splashes and in default champions can work too.

Even though she's not my favorite champ to play, Viridian Kayle is a beautiful skin.
And the wallpaper on my computer is Iron Solari Leona

I find this a difficult question to answer because there are too many skins and I like a handful of them.
My favorite series is probably the Riot skins. Law enforcement is a big part of my family dynamic and I have always enjoyed the symbols of the culture. Seeing the champions flash and wail with sirens is pretty fun for me.
But other than that series... Splash: Either **Stinger Akali **because she looks like she just penta'd and is ready for more (I know better, but I always hope seeing the splash during the loading screen intimidates my opponent)..
Or Omega Squad Teemo, because more than the model and all the in-game effects, the splash art completely captures the covert stealth don't-know-you're-dead-until-it's-too-late-no-matter-where-you-hide paranoia that is the staple of fighting against Teemo to begin with. The skin concept captures the procedural ruthlessness Teemo's lore makes him known for without having to be juxtaposed over the cute Yordle exterior. Some Yordles should look terrifying when they're prepared for battle and that's what Teemo's Omega Squad skin accomplishes.
In-game model: AstroNautilus. From his modified walk to the fact that his joke animation makes a little more sense, everything about his model is awesome and nothing about it isn't.
Particles: Bloodthorn Morgana hands down. Her pool effects alone were worth purchasing the skin. I know there are champions with fancier skins and more paid attention to models, but Morgana is the only champion I look forward to playing only because of her particles.
