Look at this crap.....I haven't dodged a game in like 3 weeks.....All of a sudden my Client seizes up to where I cannot do anything. My Skype however still works. I'm talking to my teammates and they say that it says I left the game. However I'm still in Skype connected to the internet and everything. When I bring my client back up...without shutting anything down. I get a message that says there has been a server issue (SERVER ISSUE). Now we were in champ select when I froze and now it won't let me back into that champ select leading to me "dodging" and now I get a 5 minute penalty for dodging? WHAT THE FUCK RIOT! You even sent me a message saying a server issue and then punished me for your issue. Get your shit together.

it is real simple. if you leave a queue you have to wait 5 minutes. if you do it twice you gotta wair 20 minutes. if it's accidental is f more minutes really that big a deal? it sucks when it happens accidently 2x in a row tho... but that's worth it, to prevent abuse of queue dodges. no one wants to sit in queue literally all day because it's free to just say "did get my lane/champ/don't like my matchup lets dodge" that isn't in any way healthy for the game... so theres a no-questions-asked penalty that's laughably short if it's an accident and not really worth it to do intentionally. pretty beautifully designed if you ask me ;)
