Being Autofilled After 5 Dodges = Quitting

I have played this game from the beginning of season 2 and nothing is worse than sitting 20+ mins through several queues of getting one of my two selected roles only to then be auto filled to support on the 6th lobby. Then you are either forced to play a position you have waited now 30 mins + to not play or dodge and receive -13 lp and a 30 min ban. You are screwing over your long time players and tilting people before they even get into the game.

Fix this shit

Well the issue is the players as much as the system. When you get 5 dodges in a row it's likely because everyone else is dodging when they get autofilled. Why aren't people willing to take their turn on fill?

As for the system - why does the system let someone dodge a game when they're assigned to fill, then not fill them the next time they queue. If autofill is always activated, it should always be able to fill them on their next queue. Would deter people from dodging (especially in ranked) if you were practically guaranteed to be filled to the same position on the next queue. Dodging isn't supposed to be there to get out of being filled - it's there to get away from a team that's trolling or is already tilted, etc...

The overarching theme though, is that players would prefer to wait longer to get the role they actually want the first time. There's no reason for autofill to be so prevalent in 'normal' elos.
