Top Lane Pic

Okay, just this morning while I was on SR, I noticed this painting on top lane, which I never noticed before. I have a feeling it just came with the patch cuz I mentioned this to my teammates, and they were just as surprised as I was. I couldn't find anything on this and it's kind of bugging me cuz I'm not sure if its here to stay or if Riot's trying to sneak a hint in the game like they did with Bard and his symbols being shown around SR prior to his release. Any information on this is very helpful and appreciated. TY!
