The fact that rammus, 1 4 foot "armordillo" who rolls into a ball sonic style as his main movement of travel, who fights enemies by saying mean words to them causing them to punch the spiny armor, who has about 3 words of dialog while other champions go over the 30 minute mark... Why does every champion's lore have to have them exalted in some way? Even Taliyah's father was a leader in her tribe, so she's almost an unofficial princess. Sivir goes from being a random mercenary to the emperor's illegitimate daughter with a key to ancient ruins as a weapon... It's like, who cares?
