Whats the worst way to fail a teleport? (Shoutout to Valkyrie Witch, he created the idea with flash)

Example: Teleport to ward and realize it was right at the enemy tower, then run back to nearest ally tower while getting ganked by Blitzcrank and with the teemo putting dem mushrooms all over. You try to type "HELP" and realize that you weren't actually typing and you just wasted you "e" ability and also realizing your whole team is dead and fed through out the whole game.

You die of course. Then realize your stats are 0/12/0 as ADC

Reflex-Teleporting back top after respawning, only to realize the tower has 10 health with 13 minions, Jax and the enemy jungler hitting it.

I was on the Red team and we were fighting in Blue's bottom side jungle. The enemy was retreating from my team near their red buff and there was a ward in the bush beside it, so I teleported down to it. The enemy team ran past me before my teleport completed.

Turns out that there was a ward in the next bush in front of the Red Buff that I could have teleported to.

Shen ult to ally, not realizing the enemy just appeared and starts aa'ing you before you can do anything

Failing to do anything after the ult.

TP'ing back to your tower to save it before your lane opponent takes it, but it dies and your TP goes on CD.

Probably trying to secure a kill with flash, accidentally teleporting to a minions instead, cancelling tp, flashing anyways and getting killed by a gank.

Teleporting to a ward as a squishy, and the enemy Alistar walks up to it and waits for you to arrive.

And before you can cancel it, You realize your keyboard exploded.
