Strat Roulette (Season 10)

######(You can skip this paragraph if you want to, it is just me explaining the build up to this and how and why I'm streamlining the system) I had a an absolute blast coming back to this and working on it. This would have come out earlier, but then Pre-season 10 was showed off and I held it off for the upcoming changes. Good thing I did cause cause of the removal of some items leading to changes in some of the strats as well as an addition to some more. I also streamlined the Strat Roulette System to make it consistent and faster to find your strats. I have separated the strats into Categories: Champion pools, Runes/Summoner Spells, Builds, and an optional playstyle category. The old system made it more of a chore to do some of the playstyle altering strats rather than it just being dumb additional fun, so i decided to keep them, but make them an optional category. I do plan on updating it for every new champion release. With that all aside, I am happy to Introduce the new and improved Strat Roulette. #Strat Roulette (Season 10)

##Rules:

• Find a group of people (Preferably 5) willing to suffer. I mean play.
• Have one person roll a number between 1 - 25, three times (Roll an additional time, this time a number between 1 - 20, only if you are playing with the optional Playstyle category.).
• Apply the rolls to their appropriate categories. First Roll - Champion Pools Second Roll - Runes/Summoner Spells Third Roll - Build Forth Roll - Playstyle (Optional)
• Follow what each Strat tells you to do.
• Queue up for a game (Please don't do this in ranked, unless you are a group of five and willing to lose LP)
• At the start of the match say "STRAT ROULETTE!" in the all chat.

##Champion Pools:

1. For Demacia: Only Demacia faction champions are allowed.
2. Noxus Will Rise: Only Noxus faction champions are allowed.
3. Zaun Is The Future: Only Zaun faction champions are allowed.
4. Piltover's Finest: Only Piltover faction champions are allowed.
5. Shurima Shuffle: Only Shurima faction champions are allowed.
6. Ionia Shall Prevail: Only Ionia faction champions are allowed.
7. For the Void: Only Void faction champions are allowed.
8. Bandle City Beatdown: Only Bandle City faction champions are allowed.
9. Flesh is a Prison: Only Shadow Isle faction champions are allowed.
10. Bilgewater's Pirates: Only Bilgewater faction champions are allowed.
11. Freljord's Greatness: Only Freljord faction champions are allowed.
12. Targon Shows No Mercy: Only Targon faction champions are allowed.
13. Ixtal's Rulers: Only Ixtal faction champions are allowed.
14. Blue Essence Hoarder: Free to Play champions must be picked.
15. You Got No Rerolls: All random champions.
16. Sneaky Sneaky: Only champions with Camouflage/Invisibility are allowed.

24. Life Beyond Death: Champions with interactions with death must be chosen.
25. 1st Time, I Swear: Pick the champion you have the most Mastery Points on. (if two players share the same champion, the one with more points gets the champ while the other then chooses their second highest.)

1. GANG GANG: Your Keystone Rune must be Press The Attack.
2. That's not Full-Auto?: Your Keystone Rune must be Lethal Tempo.
3. Got my Heelys: Your Keystone Rune must be Fleet Footwork.
4. England 1066: Your Keystone Rune must be Conqueror.
5. Static Shock: Your Keystone Rune must be Electrocute.
6. The Dog Races: Your Keystone Rune must be Predator.
7. Died for the Stack: Your Keystone Rune must be Dark Harvest.
8. Triple Tap: Your Keystone Rune must be Hail Of Blades.
9. Fetch: Your Keystone Rune must be Summon Aery.
10. Glowing Meteorite: Your Keystone Rune must be Arcane Comet.
11. Phase Clan: Your Keystone Rune must be Phase Rush.
12. Firmly Grasp It: Your Keystone Rune must be Grasp Of The Undying.
13. Shell Armor: Your Keystone Rune must be Aftershock.
14. Defensive Driving: Your Keystone Rune must be Guardian.
15. Spellbook Shenanigans: Your Keystone Rune must be Unsealed Spellbook.
16. Can't Touch This: Your Keystone Rune must be Glacial Augment.
17. I Can't Decide A Rune: Your Keystone Rune must be Prototype: Omnistone.
18. MY RUNES DIDN'T SAVE!: You must use the same Rune page from your last game.
19. Zoomin: Your Rune page must have 2 of the following - Relentless Hunter, Nimbus Cloak, Celerity, Waterwalking, Magical Footwear, Approach velocity, Time Warp Tonic.
20. Parkour!: All of you must use Flash and Ghost. (The Jungler takes Smite and Ghost)
21. Super Smite Bros: All of you must use Smite.
22. Burn the Witch: All of you must use Ignite.
23. Bulk up: All of you must use Heal and Barrier. (The Jungler takes Smite and Barrier)
24. Oops, Oh No: All of you must use the same Summoner Spells from your last game.
25. The Spanish Inquisition: All of you must use Teleport.

##Builds: (Boots of Speed, Doran's Items, Support Items, and Jungle Items, except their enchantments, ignore these rules. They can be built before following your Strat.)

1. Power Outage: You have to build Umbral Glaive as your first item.
2. Mass Heal: You have to build Redemption as your first item.
3. Swords are sharp: You can only build swords.
4. Doran is my friend: You must build all Doran's Items before being able to purchase anything else. (You can still buy your Support Item, Jungle Item, or boots while buying your Doran's Items.)
5. Blue Build: You can only build items with a Blue Primary Color or Blue Glow. (Components for these items can be built regardless of color.)
6. TONS of Damage: You have to build Trinity Force as your first item.
7. We Are The Same: Decide an item-build before the game. Everyone has to stick to that build-order. (You can build the components in any order, but the finished items must be built in order.)
8. 1v1 Me Bro: You have to build Sanguine Blade as your first item.
9. Frosty Fisters: You have to build Iceborn Gauntlet as your first item.
10. Healthy build: You have to build Warmogs as your first item.
11. Dr. Mundo's Shoe Shop: You have to build Boots and upgrade them first. (You can still buy your Support Item, Jungle Item, or Doran's Item before buying boots.)
12. DIVE THEM!: You have to build Rightious Glory as your first item.
13. By Fire Be Purged: You have to build Sunfire Cape as your first item.
14. Insert Witty Pun: You have to build Wit's End as your first item.
15. Yup, That Tasted Purple: You can only build items with a Purple Primary color or Purple Glow. (Components for these items can be built regardless of color.)
16. They Can't One Shot Us: You can only build items with +Health Stats on them.
17. Red Dead Hat: You have to build a Rabadon's Deathcap as your first item.
18. Spooky Ghost: You have to build a Twin Shadows as your first item.
19. Dr. Strangebelt: You have to bulid a Hextech Protobelt-01 as your first item.
20. Natural 20: You have to build a Infinity Edge as your first item.
21. Demoteblade: You have to build a Guinsoo's Rageblade as your first item.
22. EXPAND RANGE: You have to bulid a Rapidfire Cannon as your first item.
23. Essentially Situational: You have to build your Essential and Situational items in the Recommended Item tab.
24. Second Wind: You have to build a Guardian Angel as your first item.
25. The Time Warp: You have to build a Zhonya's Hourglass as your first item.

##Playstyle (Optional):

1. Dracophobia: You can only fight the Dragon if the enemy team has weakened it; or if your entire team is present.
2. Ostraconophobia: You can only fight Rift Scuttler and Rift Herald if and enemy team has weakened it; or if 3 of you team members are present.
3. Helminthophobia: You can only fight Baron Nashor if the enemy team has weakened it; or if your entire team is present.
4. Never Retreat: If you decide to fight, you have to fight till you (or the enemies you fought) are dead.
5. We Can't Win This!: If an ally dies other allies who saw it must retreat and not fight back until they respawn. (If the game goes past 40 minutes, you must surrender. Disables if you score an Ace after 20 minutes.)
6. Q Is Priority: You must max your Q ability first, until you cannot.
7. W Is Priority: You must max your W ability first, until you cannot.
8. E Is Priority: You must max your E ability first, until you cannot.
9. R Is Useless: You can not skill you R ability until you have to.
10. My Liege: One player is chosen to be "My Liege". If the Liege needs assistance everyone will stop what they are doing to help him and must scream "My Liege!" until they are safe. (Best in voice chat)
11. Lovers Lane: Bottom lane is now a couple. They have to stay within eachother's screen. If one of them dies the other one has to stay in base until both are alive again (revenge kills are allowed, show me some acting).
12. Drunkards!: After the 20 minute mark every time you back to fountain, if you do not already have an elixir active, you must purchase 1 and activate it. If you cannot afford one, sell an item so you can (Kleptomancy's Elixirs, Potion of Rouge, and Oracle's extract can be used to avoid this.).
13. Egotistical Team: All abilities that you can use on allies, you can only use them on yourself. Steal all the kills and glory!
14. Selfless Team: Any abilities that can be used on allies, can't be used on yourself. Steal all of the assists!
15. Welcome To The Jungle: You now have another Jungler, they must take smite and also build a jungle item.
16. I thought I was Top: You now have another Top laner, they cannot leave to actively take jungle camps.
17. Lets Mix things up: After the 8 minute mark, everyone recall. The top laner is now the mid, the mid laner is now bot, and the bot laner and support are now top.
18. Muted Mimes: You can only communicate with pings.
19. Mirrored Keys: Reverse your Ability keybinds. Example: Your Q,W,E,R key binds are set to R,E,W,Q. (Just remember to swap them back at the end of the game.....)
20. Alcove Paranoia: Each Alcove must a have a Control Ward, When one is destroyed, on your next back you must buy another to replace it.
