Strat Roulette (Preseason 8)
I feel that we need a second coming of Strat Roulette the old one has some outdated material..... so i updated it, fixing some of the old ones and adding new ones.
Same rules as before: Get 5 Friends, Random 5-10 Rules (Just let someone say random numbers/or use a number generator) play the game and STICK TO THE RULES! (maybe think of a punishment if someone doesnt follow them.)
If some rules intertwine, choose 1 (majority rule) and reroll the other.
THE RULES:
- ** Cheap footware**: Cannot upgrade Boots.
- What's Magic?: No Ability-power items allowed, No Sorcerer Shoes.

- What's Damage?: No Attack-damage items allowed, No Beserker's Grieves.

- Get Me Some Big Stuff: Can only build Finished items (no components).
- Spaztic Spender: must fill your inventory with Basic items before buying Advanced items, then fill it with Advanced items before you can buy Finished items.
- I Think I Forgot Something?: Only your second summoner spell shall be used.
- Be A Man: Teleport + Ghost only.

- Bloodlust: Exhaust + Ignite only.

- Please Don't Hurt Me: Barrier + Heal only.

- Secure All The Objectives: Everyone has to take Smite.

- Who needs a map: No trinkets, or Tracker's Knife.

- 1 Ward to Rule them All: Only 1 Control ward can be active at a time active all the time.

- Blue Essence Hoarder: only Free to Play Champs can be picked.
- Roll The Dice: All random champions.
- Push The Mid Lane!: You must stay in Mid lane all game after 25 minutes.
- Sneaky, Sneaky: only: champions with Camo/Invis Only
- So Fast: Boots of Mobility are the only boot upgrade you can buy.

- Old School: Only champs from the Alpha/Beta can be picked.(

) - GO IN!: Talisman of Ascension or Righteous Glory has to be build as first item (Boots excluded).

- No Need for Mana: Only manaless champions are allowed.
- Q is Priority: You must max your Q ability first, until you cannot.
- W is Priority: You must max your W ability first, until you cannot.
- E is Priority: You must max your E ability first, until you cannot.
- R is Useless: You can not skill you R ability until you have to. 25.** Magic Is Key**: Only AP items allowed. (Boots allowed + if you have no AP-ratios you are a support now [aegis is allowed then]).
- DRUNKARD!!: 1 Elixir has to be active on every champion all the time (after lvl 9, activate after you get to lane).

- Something Feels Off: Turn your Mouse Sensetivity to half what it is currently at. (don't forget to fix it for the next game.)
- Egotistical Team: All abilities that you can use on allies, only use them on yourself. Steal all the kills and glory!
- Selfless Team: Any abilities that can be used on allies, can't be used on yourself. Steal all of the assists!
- Range is for weaklings: Only melee champions are allowed. (Kayle not allowed)
- Melee? Do you want to feed?: Only ranged champions allowed. (Kayle is allowed)
- Demacia!: Only Demacians are allowed. (

- Precisely: Your Primary Rune paths must be Precision.
- Fall Before Us: Your Primary Rune paths must be Domination.
- Mage's College: Your Primary Rune paths must be Sorcery.
- Determined To Win: Your Primary Rune path must be Resolve.
- Deep Breaths Everyone: Tour Primary Rune path must be Inspiration.
- Dracophobia: You can only fight the Dragon if the enemy has weakened him; or if your entire team is present.
- Ostraconophobia: You can only fight Rift Scuttler and Rift Herald if the enemy has weakened it; or if your entire team is present.
- Helminthophobia: You can only fight Baron Nashor if the enemy has weakened him; or if your entire team is present.
- Never Retreat: If you decide to fight you have to fight till you (or the enemies you fought) are dead.
- We Can't Win This!: If an ally dies, other allies who witness it must retreat and not fight back until the fallen ally respawns. (If the game goes past 50 minutes, you must surrender. Disables if your team score an Ace after 35 minutes.)
- AI_IN_CONTROL: No flash or ghost allowed.
(mid has to have clarity and ignite.
) - No Need For CC: You are not allowed to pick a champion with a hard CC. (slows are allowed).
- Push! My Minions!: You have to build Zz'Rot Portal or Banner of Command as your first item.
(Boots excluded.) - Mass Heal: Redemption has to be your first item.
(Boots excluded.) - Agility Is Everything: Heal + Ghost required.

- Swords Are Sharp: You can only build swords: BF, Longsword, Dagger, Gunblade, etc)
- Doran Is My Friend: You can only buy Dorans items and boots till the 15 minute mark.

- Blue Build: You can only build items with a blue accent/glow.
- TONS of Damage: Trinity Force has to be your first item (Boots excluded).

- Dragon slayer: You have to fight for every dragon every time one spawns.
- Bring a Gun to a Knife Fight: Only champions with knives or guns allowed.
- My Liege: One player is chosen to be "My Liege". If the Liege needs assistance everyone will stop what they are doing to help him and must scream "My Liege!" until he is safe. (Best in voice chat.)
- Lovers Lane: Bottom lane is now a couple. They have to stay within each others screen. If one of them dies the other one has to stay in base until both are alive again. (revenge kills are allowed.)
- We Are The Same: Decide an item-build, including build-order. Everyone has to stick to that build-order.
- Go, Go, Power Champions!: Have 5 different colors on your team. You may only pick champions that have mainly one color. (skins do apply.)
- Sniper Duel: 5 AD Carry Champions required.
- MID OR FEED!: 5 AP Carrys required.
- Do You Even Lift: 5 Tank required.
- The Assassin's guild: 5 Assassins required.
- We Have Elements: Our team can only consist of element-based champions. (Fire, Water, Earth, Air. Skins do not apply.)
- We Are Veterans: Ad Carry is now mid. The other lanes are free. Only Warwick can be the Jungler.
- Penny Pincher: Only Champions worth 450 IP can be picked.
- No Peasents!: Only Champions worth 6,300/7,800 IP can be picked.
- Welcome To The Jungle: only 2 players are allowed to push, the rest have to roam the jungle. (kill champions and help at towers till your team has 15 total kills or 5 enemy towers destroyed to disable this rule.)
- Stick to the Lanes: You can not Jungle. Once you decided the Lane-Setup you can not go to an other lane or the jungle. (Kill the first 3 enemy towers im each lane to disable this rule.)
- Can't Carry Noob Team!: 1 Player is the pro, all the others are noobs, they have to ask for every buy, move or attack.
- Let's Mix Things Up: every 4 minutes whoever is in top goes mid, mid goes bot, and bot goes top. Jung chooses which side of the jungle to start (upper/lower) and must switch when the lanes do. (disables after 24 minutes.)
- Shhhhhhhh: you can only communicate with pings.
- Unkillable: Every Champion must have a spell that makes him unkillable or revives him(dead or not), also rush a GA. (boots excluded.)
- Mastered This Champion: Pick the champion you have the most Mastery Points on. (if two players have the same champion, the one with more points gets the champ while the other then chooses their second highest.)
