It seems like everyone counters me

No, I was playing Poppy. There's legitimately nothing you can do to counter Quinn as Poppy despite having one of the only things in the game that stops her obnoxious Vault because Quinn is broken toplane. Even those that you'd think can counter her well like Poppy and Shen can't win a lane against her because she has the high-output ranged damage of an adc and the robustness of a fighter as well as numerous anti-fighter abilities. Like Graves, Quinn is not so overpowered as an adc, but she has everything to counter a toplaner.
