I've been trying to get Riot to change my summoner name to "Lyte is a skank" but I'm not sure why they didn't respond yet. I'm assuming that it's just that they are very busy.

You can buy a summoner name change... but it costs a bunch of IP or RP. If someone else isn't that already.
