Riot's opinion on the PBE

Riot Employee: It appears that 93% of players on the PBE do not agree with this addition of this to the game, they say that it's toxic and causes imbalances in winrate.

Meddler: Yeah, but I believe the PBE shouldn't be the place to finalize our additions because y'kno it's only a small portion of the player base, so when it gets to live we'll buff, nerf, and change it every patch for 6 patches because the Public Beta Environment isn't a place to test an items integration and balance in the game, or player satisfaction.
