The bounces are unlimited, but only a short distance

When they shrink, their hotbox gets smaller, but they deal reduced damage.

I want a champion that has a large spike ball and chain and drags it around , with fun interactive abilities with it(Smash, swing, throw etc)

Edit: I want a champion with a feral dog on a leash, that attacks anyone close to it, and one of the abilities will extend the leash range, while the ultimate will increase the dogs.

Whenever the spike ball touches one of your own team's turrets or inhibitors or the core, it gets damaged / destroyed.
