I still think it is Riven, not Ekko. The lines fit Ekko but it is Riven's sword.

Katarina's Dagger and Ashe's bow are in the other two, so why would it be Ekko if it shows Riven's sword.

Riven's weapons has the handle and a very wide, flat hilt just above where she holds it, so that the width of it can support the full sized blade. This weapons has a much longer handle and the rounded center almost exactly like Ekko's weapon.

ashe is the least frustrating of the 3. on her side. Why is it mostly douchebag champs that get these skins lol (ashe and leo are fine, the rest not so much)
