P: Loan of a Million Dollars It was small. At the start of the game, borrow 1 Million gold from the shop keep to spend on anything you want, then declare bankruptcy and keep all of it.

Q: Can't Stump the Trump You just can't. Passive: Any time an enemy champion uses a taunt, joke, or laugh within 2000/3000/4000/5000/6000 units of Trump, he automatically uses Can't Stump the Trump on them. Active: Taunts targeted enemy champion with a unique taunt, causing their character model to tilt 20° for 5/10/15/20/25 seconds. While tilted, enemy champions always make the worst possible decisions.

W: Build a Wall And make the other team pay for it. Creates a wall that spans the length of the map along the river that lasts for 5/6/7/8/9 seconds and drains enemy champions within 500 units of the 5/6/7/8/9 gold per second.

E: Spray Tan Is orange. Is K. Trump sprays on more if his tan, restoring all of his health and making him immune to damage and cc for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds.

R: Make Rito Great Again Rito Pls. Passive: Riot Games' name is changed to Rito Games Active: The map is returned to the state is was at the beginning of season 5/4/3, any champion that was in alpha is returned to its alpha state, Xin Zhao and Yorick are returned to their release states, and Mordekaiser is returned to his post rework state.

While we are on this topic, here's my proposed design:

champ: Hillary

Q: chain of emails Hillary sends out a chain of emails at her target. Upon striking a enemy, the target will be damaged and leashed. Multiple targets can be leashed simultaneously. When targeting a leashed enemy, this ability becomes "delete".

Q: delete (on enemy leashed with chain of emails) Hillary deletes her email chain, and causes a mountain of paperwork to fall on her target, dealing damage and incapacitating them until such time that they can sort through it all.

W: charitable organization Toggle effect: when activated, Hillary expends mana per second. All enemy champions in her area send her gold per second, which she can spend on anything she wants. However, all allied structures take damage depending on how much gold Hillary collects.

E: Rallying cry Hillary let's out a shrill screech, empowering all female allies in her area. This buff makes all female allies (including Hillary) invulnerable and immune to cc for 5 seconds. It also causes 100% of damage directed at female allies to be reflected. While active, male champions deal 50% less damage and take 50% increased damage (including allied male champs).

R: Drone strike Hillary channels for 5 seconds as she summons a drone. The drone then flies to any enemy tower of her choosing and destroys it, killing all minions and champions in the area (note: allied minions and champs can also be killed by Drone Strike...oops).

Enemy champions killed by Drone Strike receive the "Refugee" debuff. This permanent debuff prevents champions from returning to their base. When killed, targets marked with the Refugee debuff will respawn at a random point in either jungle. Targets marked with this debuff are immune to Hillary's Charitable Organization.

I think the Donald Trump passive should be something like:

P: Make League Great Again When Donald Trump is chosen in champion select, Lucian, Ekko, Karma and all Yordles are banned.
Female champions receive .78 gold per every 1 gold they would normally accrue.

The first ever passive that applies outside of the game.
