Riot wants to preserve the feel of the champion with their reworks. Gems are the thing most people associate with Taric, so they probably won't change that. They kept GP's oranges, after all.

They usually fuck up the new kit entirely, but you don't have to worry about losing the gems, I think.

i mean in the new video he dropped the gems because they were too heavy to climb the mountain. use logic when he climbs back down he can pick them back up. problem is the only way i can imagine gems to work would be in sonas way. using auras etc. lets see what riot does, hope they dont fuck him up i never cared that much about a champ.

since when does riot confirm anything, until its only 5 min away from being patched into the game?

but yea as far as i know this is taric, because he also sold his hammer (you can see it at the shopkeeper) because that one was also too heavy.

Well, even if he got rid of his gems, he'll hopefully get more.

There would be an outrage if they removed the gems from Taric.
