I find that my special kind of stupid is an ADC who has a cerebral meltdown when the "support steals my CS" and said support has a Relic Shield.

A special kind of stupid for me is a teammate that wins lane and does good but has the awareness of a rock and has no idea what their potential is, so they farm 24/7 regardless of what role they are.

I don't really have a concrete definition, but the closest thing I can think of is dying to a lane bully and then immedietely try to fight them after they already backed and bought their items. I wouldn't call them stupid though.
