Even though this is the meme's section, seriously, not surrendering when you know you'll lose is pretty rude. Some people just want to move on. On the contrary, surrendering even though you have a win condition (Say a 11/4 Kayle) is also pretty rude, sometimes you just need to get your act together.

when a situation like this occur i run around in jungle and pay carful attention to not encounter any enemys and wait until the game actualy end not helping anybody
This is so wrong... I've won so many games 4 v 5 even... people assuming a game is over is an aweful feeling. if your nexus hasn't blown up, keep playing practice good mechanics from behind... I've seen games where people are like lee sin is 12/4 games over... i've also seen games where the enemy is 35/10 and its marked as a loss, the problem is until your in diamond usually there isn't enough coordination to guarantee a win even with a 25 kill lead. if you think about it one catch can give you a 10 k gold advantage. get some wards out get your team to move as a group and practice farming and baiting the enemy team into chasing too deep or diving under tower... if your bored with the game maybe you need to consider sticking to the featured games because you can't handle a situation where you may be losing rather than dominating the enemy.
