Yasuo in ARURF is dumb
I mean, his ARURF cool downs for his abilities are practically the same compared to normal rift.
That puts him in a disadvantage vs every other champ

Good. He's in URF mode outside URF! He has advantage of cooldowns and no resources in normals and rankeds, but when everyone is in URF mode he become useless. This should show how overpowerd he really is
That has always been true for URF.
The only benefit he gets is that he can use his Windwall every 5 to 3 seconds (the wall lasts for 3.75 seconds) , which actually hurts most OP champions in URF, and his ultimate is available after only 16 to 6 seconds.
Beyond this, you still have to rely very heavily on mechanical skill, like normal.
