So I'm being chased by MF and Skarner all the way through River from bot as Leona...

Me: Frantically spams assistant pings, finally reaches the right side bush of Mid lane and dies

Me: LEE Lee:? Me: You could have saved me if you had been paying the least bit of attention. Lee: nah

In all seriousness, nothing tilts me more than when teammates just completely disregard you when they could have easily saved you.

EDIT: To the people who need all the details I guess..

Basically the two champions were chasing me for a long time (Like I said, I made it all the way to the right side of Mid lane before I died)

I was low, so I was running, but me and my ADC actually stomped MF and her Blitz (but we got ganked by Skarner, and my ADC was already dead, he got killed by Skarner, but we killed Blitz)

Mf was the only one who was hitting me, I had gotten ahead of Skarner, and the only reason MF was keeping up was because of strut.

MF and Skarner were walking in a straight line

Lee only had to run down, Q MF, Kick her into Skarner (he still had ult) and we could have gone our merry way (Lee was full health)

Took me a few months, now I just mute everyone off the platform and pretend it's a 1 v 9 bot game, where you have a tenuous and possibly temporary alliance with four of them.

Yeah, as an ADC main I should make a vid of all the terrible help with dragon pings I get in the early game.

  1. Bot lane is pushed under tower -- jungle pings for help at dragon.
  2. Bot lane is engaged in a fight they are winning - jungle pings for help at dragon, tries soloing and dies to enemy jungler - blames bot lane for their own lack of tact.
  3. Bot adc's are even in items and cs with the creep wave frozen center lane. Enemy jungle is unaccounted for. My jungle wants me to stop farming and go do drag. I politely turn down the offer to give up CS for a chance to potentiallyt lose drag and/or die while giving the opposing adc time to push out the wave under my tower and casually walk up to engage us during drag.

See those are all scenarios I avoid because I usually wait til lv 6 to dragon.

  1. Being I am one of the few that watch the minimap I can see when bot lane is in trouble and will come up from river to trap them under tower.
  2. Bot lane is winning I will wander thru the top of the bot lane jungle path to see if I can catch escapees before attempting dragon.
  3. I'd rather see you push it back before attempting to help with dragon.

Also I never said anything about it just being bot lane. If the toplane brought TP and his lane is pushed enough he can come down to help defend. Same with mid and if the lanes end up turning against us I will make sure we get a tower and a kill or two to make up for the difference.

But ultimately Dragon can be soloed I just prefer to make sure everyone has map awareness in case the enemy comes around to say hi.

How fed was MissFortune could she have gotten a double kill if you didn't have enough mana to lock her down? How tanky was Skarner, was he around one of his crystals?

Sometimes, you really do have oblivious teammates that fail at having map awareness with a 20 pings and 20 wards

I assume if you were Leona, you were support. How did you end up by yourself? Did your ADC die, were you warding? Was bottom turret already destroyed? If you had mana, you couldn't ult away? Flash over a wall? Did you have shoes?

Was Lee mid or jungler? If it was early game, could leaving mid have put him behind in farm?

Was Skarner support or jungler? Where was enemy support/jungler, if Lee Sin came to help would you still have been outnumbered?

Everything in League is circumstantial, can't say one way or the other if he was right or wrong by not helping and the scenario you laid out is too vague. You saying he could have saved you could mean you wanted him to use his ult simply to knock a full health Skarner away from you.

I'm not disagreeing with you, I didn't make any statements. Just theories and questions, because I'm guilty of being biased when I situation involves me and thinks you should consider all perspectives as I fail to do sometimes.

Just an FYI pertaining to future situations if you ever play Lee Sin, if you're going to kick an enemy into another enemy, you always kick the tank because the damage scales with their max health.

LeeSin Dragon's Rage deals 200 / 400 / 600 + (200% bonus AD) + (12 / 15 / 18% of kicked target's bonus health) physical damage to all enemies that the target collides with.

I have an issue for this though because when your a bruiser with next to no cc there is literally nothing you can do to save a team mate when there in trouble. So if you get caught out and I'm a yi or eve etc who can provide no cc to peal i will not be coming to help you because a) i can't stop them from reaching you and b) if i fight them ill die instead

P.s. I don't actually play yi but i play a lot of eve and if my ult/smite are down i can't help you so stop fing pinging me

I guess but at the same time Im also being put into danger, If they don't have enough cc to chase me down as well then maybe but Im also losing 1/3+ of my HP if things go sour forcing me to back instead of being able to stay in lane/ farm another 2 camps/ gank another lane

Giving them kill gold and exp or you getting another few seconds of farm. It's better to save allies if you can, regardless of how much HP you lose. (That isn't absolute, I'll gladly get baron or drag off of a 5 man top/bot gank instead of saving them, but still it's true in most cases.)

Oh no shit its better to save them I'm just saying that as a character with no or next to no cc Its a bad idea to try and jump in and peel away two high health characters from one low health ally who will die 90% of the time that you jump in.

In other words Im not trading my flash and half my health and possibly my life to give you an extra 10-20% chance of survival

it was towards mid laners in general, if someone is running towards you with 2 low hp enemys and they ping go kill em and get even closer to a power spike..... sorry i just hate anti map awareness..... if i saw this situation happen i woulda been at the bush next to drag pit by the 3rd ping

Ya I think I kinda turned the OPs comment about Map awareness more about my complaint about how it gets really annoying when people ping you to help when theres literally nothing you can do to help and then yell at you afterwards.

Oh if his ulti is up then he should definitely have come to save you but I didn't know if it was or not in that scenario.

I apologize for giving the wrong impression Ill give an example to make what i said much clearer.

I believe it was 2-3 games before I wrote this comment I was put into a scenario where as Evelynn (who was my main viewpoint as a bruiser into this discussion) I had a Blitzcrank who got caught out by the enemy Morgana and XinZhao (we were on the red side) He was caught in the river around scuttle crab and started chasing them into our jg (btw at this point the team score was something like 5-1 for us as i cheesed bot/ counter ganked top etc.) By the time the Blitzcrank got near me he was around 30-40% (passive being current popped) I was at 60--70% and the two enemies were around 80%. I had no smite having just smiled wolves and the adc Tristana was shoved into tower and at around 50%. The enemy adc was around 75%. I made the choice to walk away from blitz and b around second tower and let him die. He said "eve ..." in chat and nothing more. ( I explained to him I could do nothing to help and he left it at that). This is something that doesn't happen often and for example in at least 4-5 other times that game I went to help a ally being chased when I knew we could win the fight and turned and got a double etc. However a player should also know that its not always the right move to risk your life to most likely not let the other person survive. (for example the blitz died around the exact time I would have got there.

Sorry for the summoner 3 rant but Im apparently being misinterpreted badly and Im trying to clarify

I ran up mid because Skarner cut off my way to my turret, so to avoid getting hit by both champions (and dying quicker, because I had no flash) I ran towards mid to the nearest teammate
