I never played a game with a Teemo and Lee Sin fighting each other. Can he really be blinded?

yes you can i mean annie hits brand with fire and blitcrank/karthus/amumu have no blood and they arnt amune to vlad

yeah he can ,

although riot should change teemos blind to a vision reducer like quinns Blinding Assault which once had a blind effect , but now reduces vision , like graves smoke screen

<,< i just see no reason for blinds in game

NO REASON? blinds make abilitys and aa miss i see a huge reason why they are in XD

teemo and quinn were the only in game blinds, they reworked quinns into a vision reducer , so i dont see why teemos isnt also changed in the same way , not to mention he is considered an assassin/ adc >.> so is quinn , so why is one changed yet one stays
