This was back with their stats in season 5/6...idk, back then before this tank meta, crit/AS/Lifesteal zed I was dominating like crazy

I haven't actually tried that build with Poppy yet. Is it as fun as full armor pen Poppy?

I haven't tried full armor pen Poppy yet, just Crit Poppy and Trinity + Tank Poppy. The Crit Poppy is actually pretty strong if you can get up to and hit the enemy before getting bursted down. With this build you'd have like 60-70% Crit with a full 40% CDR and with the Passives from item 3046 item 3078 + her W it's very very hard to out run her. Just run up to a carry, press W to get the movement speed + spellblade proc and throw your Shield at them and it'll do easily at least 2/3 of a squishy's hp, or possibly one shot if you are more a head.

The Hydra wasn't really needed, only added it for the life steal/active and high AD. I guess you could replace it for item 3087 or item 3094 and prob have a full 100% crit.
