I don't know. I just feel like there should be an another super annoying champion to counter the super annoying champions.

Entire purpose of Singed is to irritate people, the very definition of a troll pick. Yet, he is more attuned to the meta than Teemo. Unlike Urgot and the accursed Teemo, outdated picks like them, Singed is a legitimate champion. He is his own class.
