Assuming the other cops are minions, why did WW get the tower agro? The minion was in range first and he had not yet dealt damage to the other champion.... /REPORT BUG

No, can't gank a lane pre 6 because his only cc is his ult... So is the most useless jungler in League because he can't do a sht without his ultimate. But don't worry, they are working on his relaunch (sion-scale) since February 2013, so the result will be awesome...

lol, if you have an ally laner with cc (lets say riven top) you can make a lvl 3 jungle route and gank there ez as pie, some junglers have gap closers making it easier to gank, others need and have to abuse the ally cc

You don't need cc to gank. Shyvana and Yi don't get cc at any point, and they can gank just fine.

You can counter gank, meaning, predict the lane their jungler is likely to gank first and be around, then go in behind them as they chase in your ally.

You can gank any lane that's overextended by just coming at them from behind and being sneaky.

No her ult isn't classified as CC. It's a push that does not actually disable champions. It is good for say, getting Warwick off of your ADC in a snap. However Shyvana's Ult is actually a movement ability. It is most useful for crosses stretches of ground quickly, engaging the enemy team by placing yourself in the middle of them, and crossing over walls such as in the jungle or enemy base to engage an enemy in a surprise attack. It actually has no root, stun, or suppression at all. And she can actually be stunned out of her Ult in mid flight.

Technically, that means any knockback isn't CC. Janna ult, Azir ult, Gragas ult; none are CC.

I hate junglers that think they can't gank pre 6 due to playing a certain champion. ANY champ can gank pre 6. You may not get a kill but you can usually get a summoner and apply pressure making it easier on your team. Plus the enemy team usually doesn't expect a gank early on a "pre 6" jungler.
