It took me a while to realize why ww was taking damage.
Assuming the other cops are minions, why did WW get the tower agro? The minion was in range first and he had not yet dealt damage to the other champion.... /REPORT BUG

can't gank a lane pre 6 because his only cc is his ult... So is the most useless jungler in League because he can't do a sht without his ultimate.
But don't worry, they are working on his relaunch (sion-scale) since February 2013, so the result will be awesome...
I hate junglers that think they can't gank pre 6 due to playing a certain champion. ANY champ can gank pre 6. You may not get a kill but you can usually get a summoner and apply pressure making it easier on your team. Plus the enemy team usually doesn't expect a gank early on a "pre 6" jungler.
