I once faced a plat ADC and Supp in bot lane who were in a premade while I was first timing Alistair with my friend (we were also in a premade) who was still learning Jhin.

The Draven left bot lane with 15 kills.

No offense to plats.... but plats aren't that special. I just got two plats who fed hard af, and the other 5 plats I met were usually arrogant and toxic... Probably not all plats, but maybe a good 30-40% of them are like that. Play against a Diamond : ^)

Plats are still plat not because of skill (most of the time) but rather because they're overly arrogant and won't play more for the team. (I understand there are ppl like Trick2g who play overly selfish and can hit Master, but this is a rare occasion)

Plats also know a lot more about the game than lower divisions so they can usually push advantages more

I think N3ac3y described each division pretty well. Plat players tend to be excellent laners, and play very snowbally champs (how they got there in the first place) and once they get behind they don't know what to do. They tend to be overly aggressive, instead of playing passive when they should. A lot of plat players have big egos and think they are better than they actually are (diamond), which is why they are stuck there. Some high elo players think that plat is one of the hardest tiers to climb out of due to teammates doing too much of the above etc.

Usually Gragas or Rek'Sai Jungle, and Ezreal and Miss Fortune for ADC. If I am supporting I play Sona or Janna

The only cheese early I see is Rek'sai, but you probably build her tank right? Makes since that you do good late since all of these champs scale well, or are extremely safe like Janna.
