Draft actually exists so you can do things like pick Lissandra against assassins or ban Malphite if you're running two melee AD.
But in reality, first pick takes katarina and spends the entire game blaming her team.
Most people, generally last picks, will claim that they are going to troll if they don't get their lane, but normally are just hoping someone will pity them and take another role, but if that doesn't happen the person will usually just take support, or whatever is left because everyone just wants to win really.
Yeah but then the mid or feed guy griefs you all game and you get punished for cussing at him while he goes on to say mid or feed again in 5 minutes. Yay for the system! :P
Draft pick is the prison island for all of the chat restricted players to congregate.
Sure they are last pick. but then they proceed to troll pick and force your loss unless a teammate dodges. Draft does nothing to stop trolls.
