Why Isn't There a lot of Leona's?

So when i started league back then the whole Bruiser Hype and all that you would surprisingly see a lot of Leona's at least thats what i remember. Now a days you barely see her and when you do you usually get shit on. This is in Bronze and i don't know why she isn't played more often. In my opinion she is the best support you could ever want. She has a stun that is practically on a 3.5 second cool down with 40% cdr. She has a shield that say wait you do damage? The come over here E and the Sniper Ult that makes her stab you to death. Its really satisfying killing people with your ult Autos because all you see is the stab and then they die. I just don't get why she isn't used anymore. Jhin Leona is like one of the best combos in bot lane. Noticed how i said one of because there are more. I'd just like to see my girl Leona out there more. She is so tanky that she just takes no damage most of the time and her Passive just demolishes anyone who don't build MR because that damage stacks up. She even demolishes her Counter picks if you play in a certain way.

Against most of the time you look at them funny she/he will pop the black shield and you just wait then engage or just engage on the person without the black shield. I also noticed a spike in her damage just by building an . I went 13/1/12 by building that. Now these are not ks most of the time it was me saying fuck you and your 4 man gank and i get a triple as my adc runs for his life. I just think that we need to see more of the other champs instead of always seeing Graves and Ashe and all of those people. Just writing my thoughts here because of my 5 20 minute leaver buster for pushing down a small red switch that apparently shuts off my computer so that sucks. We need more off meta picks like bring the old back to league so it isn't so predictable.
