Real question for people reading this thread: Lets say for example both mid laners go back. Not for any particular reason, they just both need to buy and no action is happening.

If Team A's mid goes to gank bot, but Team B's mid goes back to midlane, is Team B's midlane wrong for not calling a MIA?
