I'm surprised an officer skin hasn't been made for him. His CC heavy kit is designed to lock down enemies, he's a support (~~to serve and protect~~ to punish and enslave), and he already has the title of Warden.

I dunno, man. Making Lucian a rival to a police officer seems a bit risky, especially since he already has a whipping weapon, and Lucian already has a professional athlete skin, the Bloods, Crips & Latin Kings chroma, and a skin where he's LITERALLY in the projects.
