But they have to run. That wouldn't be running, but teleporting. You're right about the abilities they can be used, but they can't use anything that makes them teleport.

they actuallly wouldn't go that far in comparison to the champs with constant mobility. They have long CD on their ults and would get to use them early and get a big head start, but champs like Rammus Zilean would quickly close the gap with their short CD MS boosts. Also the channels do pose a problem and give up a lot of the ground that they would look to gain.

Technically Kassadin would be "riftwalking". It is not a teleport, he is just bending space time so that he simply walks through a wormhole to a great distance :)

Technically it would be Vel Koz, who has the fastest base movement speed at lvl 1. So without any abilities he would win. If it was with abilities then Zilean
