Why does Vi always beat Jhin?

True story, I was playing Demon Vi jungle and camped top.

The enemy top laner says in all chat "Stop camping me!"

My response: "Vi stands for the six times i need to kill you before I'm satisfied."

Or maybe she has a gap closer that negates all CC and is soo sticky that she cant let any ADC escape so if she is fed she will beat the shit out of him.
