It apparently counted their wards from item 2049 as CS which is weird. lol

it doesn't go up while you ward at the same place, but once you start warding somewhere else, it basically counts all the wards you put down and adds them to ur cs at the same time... idk why tho

At the rate that CS is randomly going up for whatever reason, she probably could have had more just normally farming with like, Viktor or Azir for fast clears.

Actually, thats pretty much impossible, 1430 is a little more than double all the enemy minions that spawn by 20 minutes (702, not including jungle)

Well it seemed like he gained none, then randomly started gaining a bunch at once then stopping and continuing that cycle. Must've been a big chunk I skimmed over.
