Undyne because the undertale fanbase will take over the world out of fury if she doesn't win. Then force everyone who hasn't played the game to play all 3 routes while they watch and spoil every bit of information about the game
No one would win if things went Undertale route, Undyne would just convince Kalista to give up her revenge either romantically or as a friend that just met her, then they would kiss, if romantic, or hug if friends.
In a real fight it's hard to tell, Undyne has infinite spears, Kalista has infinite mobility. My money's on Kalista though.
