After the league of legends was shut down to become a salt mine, teemo lost his purpose with life and was saved from himself by quinn, they settled down and he used his free time to make inventions but after many years quinn passed away. He missed their blind dates ( see what I did there) and invented a time machine to see her again, to make sure he was allowed in he used his technology instead of his old gear and went under the guise of heimerdinger
