League Champions have this overpowered ability to....MAKE 180 DEGREE TURNS without the equivalent of a mini ping-spike occuring.

This mechanic is insanely broken.

Ok, so if we are speaking from a lore perspective, then League wins over Dota every day. The most powerful character in Dota, Lore Wise,(If I am correct) is Zeus. Zeus is only the god of Lightning and his domain is only Earth. While the most powerful character in League is Aurellion Sol, who is basically the god of the universe. I mean it says that he was born with the first breath of creation. And lore wise, League characters are much more than anything that Dota has. League characters are gods, they are interdimensional beings, they are the last of their kind, they are ascended, and they are much more powerful in lore. Then of course we have Teemo.

If we are talking about Gameplay wise, Dota would probably win, just due to their kits being much more overpowered and overloaded. To the point where some characters in Dota are meant to 1 v 5 the enemy team. Cough Wraith King, Medusa, Faceless Void, Huskar, Axe, Brewmaster, Phantom Assassin, Phantom Lancer.Cough (And that's all I can think of off the top of my head).

If that would ever occur (in game NOT lore based), Dota would completely obliterate League. I have no more love for Dota then League, but Dota is literally built around completely overpowered heroes. Take Phantom lancer or Medusa for example.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but isn't the design idea behind Dota2 "If everyone is overpowered, no one is"?

The factions would probably become separate little groups, if we're looking at it from a lore perspective. The Freljord would be 2 or 3 little groups. Demacia and Noxus of course. However, Demacia, Piltover and Bandle City might form one big tribe considering Poppy and Heimerdinger. Shurmia has Azir who can raise up sand soliders. (am i looking at this too hard?)

Idk how strong Dota characters are lore-wise... But the fact that AurelionSol exists makes me think it'll be a onesided fight
