I remember using 
in Blackmarket brawlers. everyone else was having a tough time in their lanes, while I just rushed http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/0/07/Flesheater_item.png/revision/latest?cb=20150707235735 and went to town on the minions. That thing got me so fed during the laning phase alone, that by the time mid game rolled around I could only get taken down by a 5 man gank. By late game I had just gone completely mad with power O.o
