Me every time I play Azir and I somehow ace them by dashing at them accidentally and panic ulting.
Uh yeah- I totally knew their jungler was over there- no misclicking when aiming at their mid- I promise.

Reminds me of one time where I'm playing Miss Fortune, got caught and I'm low so I'm bringing the entire enemy team between blue buff and wolves trying to stay away.
They were all so tightly clumped together that my allied Darius pulled ALL of them at once with a single apprehend into that tiny wolf corner and my team wrecked them shortly after.

Mispositioned during a dragon fight as kogmaw. Died pretty early into the fight my passive got a double and the dragon steal probably won't ever happen again and was a total mistake but it made me actually stop playing for a bit because I was laughing so hard
