Opposite problem over here. I'm sitting on two fully formed keys atm, but no chests. I've gotten an S on all my mains already, and for some reason when a friend gets an S, I don't get a chest.

You only get chests from friends getting s ranks if you are playing a champ that you haven't gotten a chest on. I know they worded it differently, but that's how it works. If you really want to grind for chests, have one of your friends play their main and play champs that you haven't unlocked chests on. When they get s ranks, you'll unlock the chest for the champ you were playing. Rinse and repeat until you have them all unlocked.

In the past 2 days I've earned 2 keys worth of fragments plus 2 shards, and this happend about a month ago with no key fragments in between the two periods.
