Expectation vs Reality

Maybe its just me, but I don't really see Lucian, Ezreal or vayne as "initiating" a fight. Maybe picking off someone yes, but initiating? No. Twitch I am kinda to the idea "pick of a kill, yes" "intiate a teamfight, no". Cause anyone worth anything should punish an adc for being that far in front of his team.

That's fair. And yes, a good adc should make sure their support survives and is able to be a part of the kill (to get the assist). I guess I should alter my statement and instead say that you help to ensure your ADC gets the kill. I main and , both of whom are clutch when it comes to bot lane, IMO. I am deadly with my bubbles, ensuring less farm for the enemy ADC and making sure ADC has time to close the gap a little more so they can't run away.

League is a team game, thing that many ppl dont really understand, as so ive seen many adcs thinking they r godly and taking all kind of bad decisions and blaming their supports for it. And this happen in every tier. "Go in front and tank Janna!" - vs Leona and Vayne. "Dude, why did you left? i need you when i engage!" - adc decides to engage when support was warding near dragon. During the entire game you will rely in your skills and decisions and as adc you are dependent of the support to initiate/retreat specially early game when adc is the weakest and when he have no escapes. Supports, yes, they do carry the lane feeding their adcs, provide safety giving vision of the map (also something that many junglers forget that is their job too), pushes enemies out of the lane negating them farm and xp while grants their adc safe time farming, etc. So unless you see a big gap between teams skills lvl supports are always necessary to make plays.
