Nerf Zed into the ground (sick of his bullshit)
Buff the hell out of Gnar. Let's face it, he's already a huge pubstomper against tanks and bruisers, so if he got buffed more, he'd be O-FUCKING-P.
I'd nerf the crap out of Lee 
just because the dude's frickin everywhere, even with his "horrible win rate".
I'd restore Evelynn to her former glory, just so that everyone would have to cower under their turrets again.

because that hoping gets on my nerves. especially for skillshots.
his Q barrel now bursts to launch out 5 barrels around it that you can also burst. His W is now an AOE heal and damage reduction. His E body slam completely resets if it hits an enemy champion, and his ulti now has no cast/travel time.
his Q now reduces damage for killing minions with it, it no longer procs on turrets, and his wither and ulti are removed :D
He is just a time bomb that forces you to either end a game quick or 2-3 man camp him until he afks.

I'd buff Draven for fun just by simply giving him his bleed back with the effectiveness of teemo's E poison but stacking on AD while preserving his current gold passive and reduce the q cooldown to nothing, make W cost nothing. His E gets a damage buff, his ult doesen't deal less damage with each target hit and gets a buff. Just to watch it become League of Draven.
Now on to the nerf. I'd nerf Leblanc to the point of her being almost as underpicked as Urgot just so I can watch the mid laners raaaaage.
But morally I'd never do that, that's if I was feeling like Teemo.
