You can find out these from the same site OP linked, but you have to pay 5$ and give them a letter i remember correctly. Just press on "Looking for more?" and you will get the number of reports, your purchase history, chat logs etc

I think it used to automatically convert to USD for a while on NA whenever you purchased Riot points, or it might have been paypal that was doing that
