Saw a toxic player today in my lobby playing kindred that got actually banned around 1 hour after i reported her. I am satisfied of the system finally working at is full potential :)
same thing happened to me, but when it first popped up, I flipped. I thought I was banned. But no, the person I reported was banned! VICTORY!!!!! I don't have enough Justice! (anyone get that?)
I report so many ppl....and this is now my dream
One time my friend was being a huge dickwad, just calling people bad when they messed up and stuff, so as I joke i said in all chat " report rengar he hurt my feelings " and he just flipped out and started swearing and raging. Well all 9 of us reported and I thought nothing of it and started a new game. During champ select I got that message. Sweet victory! Justice has been served!

On a related topic, apparently one of the things they are working on for pre-season is allowing players to sit in on and decide tribunal punishments and such.
