Veigar's Nerfs

I'm really [ ]uestioning the legitimacy of his Baleful Strike change. Q

Whoops, sorry. Missed his Q again. Being serious though, the Veigar bot doesn't even know how to use his Q anymore. (Check in a custom game if you don't believe me)

Not meaning to harp on Riot or make ANOTHER post where people write paragraphs about why Veigar's nerfs were or were not justified. I'm really new to editing cartoons in Photoshop and I just wanted to post this. Constructive criticism appreciated. :)
