Glory ln Death1 votesFalse. You still get the power boost for your own shields. Try it with Sion, and you'll see the actual shield value increase. That also applies to Windspeakers, but you don't get the bonus armor/mr.
Unless it specifically says "on allies" (like Ardent Censor's on-hit bonus) it applies to yourself as well.
