guys, as there are many young people reading this (not like im not one of them but :d), keep in mind this is a meme! Acc to the Bible ancestry (quite too detailed tbh) and the Hebrew calendar, since Adam and Eve ate from the tree to know good and evil have passed ~6,000 years and... we know nothing else
just google is, google again and is giving very old (several centuries to 1-2k years) information, although who knows :p still, the wiki article also states it.. well, in the end

Actually the modern idea on Satan is way newer than 8000 years old. Obviously it's a slow metamorphosis of the character from its earliest mentions to its current form, but a lot of how he's imagined today is based on Paradise Lost, from the 17th century, so that'd be a more accurate "release date".
