When the other top laner picks garen, and you have to decide between picking a tank for your team or picking quinn and making his life miserable. I ended up just picking olaf (my original tank pick) and he went 1/7. His dueling capabilities are crazy. Especially if you have runic armor, grasp, vampirism and dorans for 5% lvl 1 lifesteal, thats also increased by his w and runic armor.
