only low elo trash bins go dorans on lux if you go frost queens you get 4-5 kills of gold for free just for owning an item + it has ultimate synergy with lux kit
dorans does jack shit unless you had to start mid lane
Well, that be some bad Lux supports then, because 
is such a strong item that Lux mid used to take it instead of Dorans.
I do however forgo stuff like
