He's not even close anymore if you ask me. He's just annoying, not played much since they nerfed him so bad.

Annie Blitzcrank Ekko Fizz Kalista LeeSin Nidalee Riven Yasuo are all probably hated more.

He has always been sort of the poster child of League Rage, but I don't think he is genuinely the most troublesome/hate-worthy Champion as of late.

However, I really, really like Omega Squad so I've been playing him more xD I'm trying to make him viable in the jungle, at least in normals.

i've been kicked out of TBs so many times for picking Teemo. Many times with a shrewd remark before hand.

Support: "I'm not supporting a teemo. kick or i leave" and since supports are hard to come by, i get kicked.

i really just think people love to pretend that they hate teemo. he doesn't suck, he's pretty strong imo but everyone wants to jump on that wagon and antagonize every person who plays him. utter nonsense.

ehhh, i'd say hating teemo is more of a meme tbh, while he can be really annoying hes probably not the most hated, judging from what i see on the boards the current most hated would either be vayne or riven

I think it's mostly his laugh and his shrooms anymore that make him hated. Sure he's not the MOST hated, but he still has an annoying kit to contend with. It's just that there are things like stuns,roots and Kalista now that are far more annoying. He's a lot like chuck norris in a way, He really can't move the planet from doing pushups, but it's fun to act like he can :p

He is the most hated top laner now (if your not a tank ). Most hated over all is probably Fizz with his percent hp damage , troll pole and 100-0 damage .

At this point, he's become a meme, rather than an actual hateable thing. He's still really freaking annoying, but less so now that everyone knows exactly how to counter him and what to do to make him literally useless.

Go find the version of the meme where he Zhonya's that crap and still lives. Then you'll agree that he's still likely the most hated.
