I know its a joke but this reminded me of an old sejuani skin.

I dont know what the reworked sej does because I have not seen one at all in season 8, i only remember what she used to do in season 3.

There was a black skin with red lights but you literally cannot see when she throws her (old) ultimate. It just comes outta nowhere
