That was my reaction.

I mean, I can see why that build would have a decent win rate. Cheap magic penetration (since a Sona isn't going to buy a void staff) for a low price. 30 magic penetration combined with FQC is enough to chunk the squishy adc unless they buy some magic resist (which they might not if they don't have their core items).
