DISCLAIMER: I am not trying to sound like an asshole or anything. I am just putting the facts straight out there.
To start off with, I never intended to go against LF. Ever. At all. Whatsoever. In fact he was one of closest if not best friends. I was grateful for him in many ways.
So about a week or two ago, I begin to set up an idea for a project: one where those who reside in M&G can connect and play/compete/do activities with/roleplay in their boards personas together. I knew one of the biggest problems was that a) a club room could only fit 50 people max and b) many people who aren't really the top memers here are not well known for their names by others, just an occasional meme or two but then forgotten. We already had The Men that Giggle, but it was full and many people still excluded. And a lot of people still didn't really get a chance to interact with each other in a way that can make those lasting friendships.
Now the main thing about this project is that it would have a relatively complex hierarchy. What does this mean? Well, a lot gets into this:
-
I am currently aiming to fill up at least 3 club rooms, each club room being a squadron of memers. Every 2-3 weeks there would be competitions between the different squadrons (friendly, of course, with RP, Skin, or cookie prizes :3). Eventually it would be streamed so that the other members could watch and I was hoping to present that stream in as professional a manner as possible. And in these squadrons themselves there can be competitions as well as dictated by their Squadron Leaders (perhaps to see who can get the ability to compete). The coaches cannot compete, but if enough high levels join, then we can do high level matches as well.
-
Coaching is something I want to make readily available (from Plat+, mostly Diamond, players). When I was a lower elo player, I always wanted a way to get constant coaching with easy access to it (and not needing to pay money). Sometime next week I shall be setting up a calendar where coaches can present their free time and what lanes and champs they are most comfortable with coaching and individual members can easily sign up for a spot. An officer will dictate restrictions on how much coaching one can get and also helps coordinate coaches with their availability after I finish setting this up.

Officer positions will be appointed to help manage the "army." My main goal after M&G are unified is to make this nearly self-sustained and officer positions being terms that one has to be elected into. These positions include (but not limited to) Police Officers (1-2 per squadron), Discord Manager Officer (respondible for moderating it and other ideas to improve the environment), PR/Recruitment Officer, Coaching Officers, Squadron Leaders, and Roleplaying Officers (who coordinates DMs). In result, I myself will soon not have much power. I just help where i can.

Roleplaying is a huge thing that has emerged within this "army." Originally it was a fun thing but has turned into a past time for many of us that we grew to enjoy. Even now, we treat each other in the army chat through our boards personas or a character we make. And in result, we are going to make it a large and fun part of the forums reserving much of our discord for this special type of roleplaying. We will have open RPs which is in an infinite loop (no start or end time) that are separate text channels representing every part of Runeterra and the "Kingdom" that the "army" resides in. And within "taverns" in many of these places there is an opportunity to sign up for missions, or as many of you know them, dungeons from DnD. These will be set at certain times so that a DM can run them and will involve lots of strategy, fighting monster, and possible life loss (pray you have GA :P). And winning these missions can earn rp. ^.^ We are going to make this simple and easy to do, especially since everyone general has a persona/character going in. :3 This is where the whole Queen thing seems to stay and why we call it an army. I do not mean to flaunt this army in a way to get attention for myself, just as a way to get everyone together. As I always say "I am not a Queen unless my people want me to be." The first thing I ask before letting someone in is if they are willing to pledge loyalty to the army (the army being all of M&G) if I can earn/keep their respect. This is for them, not me. (FYI, the Queen's Army is actually a reference to Harry Potter :3)
Now the biggest question: why did you go against LF?
Well, the first I want you to know, is that I wanted him to help me. Except there was one problem: he was leaving a bad influence from his ego on some people due to his notoriety. And since this was going to be largely in our boards personas, giving LF all of the power when that was never going to be the case and ruin the system that would be set up for it wouldn't work. And the fact that he was actively hurting or insulting people that didn't worship him or share his opinions only made it worse. Sure you might say it was only one time, only raptor. But I have seen it happen to some smaller memers a few times in the last month or two. In fact, it got so bad that some people's arguing point toward me has been that I am insulting HIM for trying to get him to reduce his ego a bit because he deserved it through his M&G throne.
So if someone is famous, that makes it okay for him to be an asshole to people?
Essentially, after I asked him to share some of his power for this sake, he proceeded to demean and insult me - which I didn't care about - until two of my supporters chimed in to defend me. And LF insulted and demeaned both of them as well. After that, even if he was my friend, and seeing that he was not going to change, I could not have him on my side for this. Sadly, I let my army go too far with dividing the boards between us. I thought a little might be okay for the sole reason that maybe he might listen to us if we were vocal enough... but I never meant to downright have him leave. I think he can be a great influence on the boards if he just changed his attitude a little.
So yeah, I messed up. I take all the credit for it. That is what I am for, to take the brunt of it. But don't blame my supporters for what I did wrong. They just want M&G to be a better/united place and sadly things did not quite go as planned.
I am sorry.
